As used in ORS 357.330 to 357.370, except where the context otherwise requires:\n(1) 'Compact' means the Interstate Library Compact.\n(2) 'Public library agency', with reference to this state, means the State Library or any local government unit authorized by ORS 357.410 to establish a public library, or any public library board.
