(1) The voting members of the Oregon Heritage Commission shall be representatives of:\n(a) Heritage interests, including Indian tribes with federal recognition, that reflect the cultural and geographic diversity of this state; and\n(b) Heritage interests reflected in community institutions, libraries, museums, architecture, archaeology and historic preservation.\n(2) The advisory members of the commission shall be:\n(a) One member designated by the Director of the Department of Land Conservation and Development;\n(b) The State Librarian or a designee of the librarian;\n(c) One member designated by the Higher Education Coordinating Commission;\n(d) One member designated by the Oregon Tourism Commission;\n(e) One member designated by the Superintendent of Public Instruction;\n(f) The Executive Director of the Oregon Historical Society or a designee of the executive director;\n(g) The State Archivist or a designee of the archivist;\n(h) The Coordinator of the State Historical Records Advisory Board or a designee of the coordinator; and\n(i) The State Historic Preservation Officer or a designee of the officer. of the archivist;\n(h) The Coordinator of the State Historical Records Advisory Board or a designee of the coordinator; and\n(i) The State Historic Preservation Officer or a designee of the officer.
