(1) Elections for the issuance of the bonds may be held at any general election or at any time, subject to the time limitations of ORS 382.355 (2).\n(2) The laws of this state governing special and general elections in so far as they do not conflict with ORS 382.335 to 382.425 apply to elections under ORS 382.335 to 382.425.
