§ 390.005

As used in this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise:\n(1) 'Commission' means the State Parks and Recreation Commission.\n(2) 'Department' means the State Parks and Recreation Department.\n(3) 'Director' means the State Parks and Recreation Director. [1989 c.904 §2]
