As used in ORS 390.060 to 390.067, unless the context requires otherwise:\n(1) 'State park lottery bonds' means the bonds authorized to be issued under ORS 390.067 for the purpose of financing state park projects.\n(2) 'State park projects' means projects for the acquisition, development, improvement, upgrading, preservation and expansion of the capacity of facilities of the system of state parks, including but not limited to parks, park facilities, ocean shores, scenic waterways, trails and historic sites in the State of Oregon.
