As used in ORS 390.930 to 390.940:\n(1) 'Managing agencies' includes:\n(a) State Parks and Recreation Department;\n(b) State Department of Fish and Wildlife;\n(c) Confederated Tribes of the Warm Springs Indian Reservation;\n(d) State Marine Board;\n(e) Sherman, Wasco and Jefferson Counties;\n(f) Oregon State Police;\n(g) United States Bureau of Land Management;\n(h) United States Bureau of Indian Affairs; and\n(i) The City of Maupin.\n(2) 'Recreation area' means the Deschutes River Scenic Waterway Recreation Area created under ORS 390.932.
