(1) The Oregon Health Authority shall provide an annual report on the revenue generated by the tax imposed under ORS 403.200 (1)(b) to the Legislative Assembly and the Federal Communications Commission.\n(2) A local government may not impose a tax, fee or surcharge on telecommunications services for 9-8-8 services.
