As used in ORS 403.300 to 403.380, unless the context requires otherwise:\n(1) 'District' means a 9-1-1 communications district formed under ORS 403.300 to 403.380.\n(2) 'District board' or 'board' means the governing body of a district.\n(3) '9-1-1 jurisdiction' has the meaning given that term in ORS 403.105.\n(4) 'Public or private safety agency' has the meaning given that term in ORS 403.105.
