As used in ORS 403.500 to 403.542:\n(1) 'County' means the county in which all or a portion of the district is located.\n(2) 'County board' means county court or board of county commissioners of the county.\n(3) 'District' means a radio and data district formed under ORS 403.500 to 403.542.\n(4) 'District board' means the governing body of a district.
