(1) The Director of Veterans’ Affairs, in the performance of the duties of the director, shall organize and coordinate the administration of all present and future federal and state laws pertaining to veterans, their spouses, dependents and survivors in this state.\n(2) As used in this section, 'survivor' means the spouse and dependents of a deceased veteran.
