§ 411.760

All moneys granted under the provisions of ORS 411.060, 411.070, 411.706, 411.710 to 411.730 and 411.752 are inalienable by any assignment or transfer and are exempt from garnishment, levy or execution under the laws of this state. [Amended by 2005 c.381 §10; 2016 c.93 §6]
