ORS 413.559 may be enforced by any means permitted under law by:\n(1) A health professional regulatory board with respect to a health care provider under the jurisdiction of the board.\n(2) The Oregon Health Authority or the Department of Human Services with regard to health care providers or facilities regulated by the authority or the department and health care providers enrolled in the medical assistance program.\n(3) The authority with regard to emergency medical services providers licensed under ORS 682.216 and clinical laboratories licensed under ORS 438.110.
