The Oregon Health Authority shall reimburse the cost of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorder treatment services paid for on a fee-for-service basis at an enhanced rate based on:\n(1) Existing reimbursement codes used for co-occurring disorder treatments;\n(2) Clinical complexity; and\n(3) The education level of the provider.
