(1) The Oregon Health Authority shall enforce the provisions of ORS 415.012 to 415.430 and 415.501 and rules adopted pursuant to ORS 415.011, 415.012 to 415.430 and 415.501 for the public good.\n(2) The authority has the powers and authority expressly conferred by or reasonably implied from the provisions of ORS 415.012 to 415.430 and 415.501 and rules adopted pursuant to ORS 415.011, 415.012 to 415.430 and 415.501.\n(3) The authority may conduct examinations and investigations and require the production of books, records, accounts, papers, documents and computer and other recordings the authority considers necessary to administer and enforce ORS 415.012 to 415.430 or 415.501 and any rules adopted pursuant to ORS 415.011, 415.012 to 415.430 or 415.501.
