Family support services may include but are not limited to:\n(1) Family support consultation;\n(2) Information and referral;\n(3) Financial assistance;\n(4) Emergency and outreach services; and\n(5) Individual and family centered assistance, including but not limited to:\n(a) Purchase of special equipment;\n(b) Respite care;\n(c) Recreation;\n(d) Transportation;\n(e) Special dietary needs;\n(f) Dependent care;\n(g) Medical services;\n(h) Housing modification;\n(i) Counseling; and\n(j) Support groups.
