(1) The Department of Human Services shall adopt rules to implement the provisions of ORS 418.575 to 418.598.\n(2) Rules adopted by the department under subsection (1) of this section may not require reporting and compilation of data that exceed the minimum required for the department to comply with ORS 418.575 to 418.598 and federal laws or regulations.
