Inspection of juvenile detention facilities, including jails or lockups, and enforcement of the juvenile detention standards contained in ORS 419A.059 or otherwise established by statute, must be conducted in the same manner as provided in ORS 169.070 and 169.080. [1993 c.33 §13; 2003 c.396 §14]
