(1) If a youth is within the jurisdiction of the court for having committed an act that, if committed by an adult, would constitute a Class E violation, the court shall proceed in accordance with ORS 153.062.\n(2) Nothing in subsection (1) of this section prevents a youth from entering into a formal accountability agreement under ORS 419C.230 for a Class E violation.
