If a person seeking relief under ORS 419C.615 is over 18 years of age and is no longer within the jurisdiction of the juvenile court, the petition must be filed within two years of the following, unless the court on hearing a subsequent petition finds grounds for relief asserted therein that could not reasonably have been raised in the original petition or an amended petition:\n(1) If no appeal is taken, the date the juvenile court adjudication was entered in the register.\n(2) If an appeal is taken, the date the appeal is final in the Oregon appellate courts.
