As used in ORS 423.010 to 423.070, unless the context requires otherwise:\n(1) 'Department' means the Department of Corrections.\n(2) 'Department of Corrections institutions' has the meaning given that term in ORS 421.005.\n(3) 'Director' means the Director of the Department of Corrections.
