As used in ORS 423.500 to 423.560, unless the context requires otherwise:\n(1) 'Director' means the Director of the Department of Corrections.\n(2) 'Department' means the Department of Corrections.\n(3) 'Plan' means the biennial community corrections plan required by ORS 423.535.
