(1) The board or boards of county commissioners that have convened a local public safety coordinating council shall publish an annual summary of program, service or budget changes made in response to the recommendations of the local public safety coordinating council described in ORS 423.560 and 423.565.\n(2) The summary described in subsection (1) of this section shall be provided to the local public safety coordinating council and the Oregon Criminal Justice Commission.
