The Oregon Health Authority shall:\n(1) Establish programs that are peer and community driven that ensure access to culturally specific and culturally responsive behavioral health services for people of color, tribal communities and people of lived experience.\n(2) Provide medical assistance reimbursement for tribal-based practices.
