(1) If any local mental health program has an advisory committee, persons with disabilities, as defined in ORS 430.050 (6), and older adults shall be appointed to serve on the advisory committee.\n(2) The persons with disabilities described in subsection (1) of this section shall meet separately as a disability issues advisory committee.
