As used in ORS 431A.300 to 431A.325:\n(1) 'Household product' means any product intended for use under any of the following circumstances:\n(a) In, on or around any structure, vehicle, article, surface or area associated with the household, including but not limited to nonagricultural outbuildings, noncommercial greenhouses, pleasure boats and recreational vehicles.\n(b) In or around any preschool or child care facility.\n(2) 'Task force' means the Poison Prevention Task Force.\n(3) 'Toxic household product' means any product listed in ORS 431A.308 that is customarily produced or distributed for sale for use in or about the household or is customarily stored by individuals in or about the household.
