(1) There is created within the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund, the Spinal Cord Injury Research Fund administered by the Spinal Cord Injury Research Board. Moneys in the fund are continuously appropriated for the purpose of carrying out ORS 431A.505.\n(2) The Spinal Cord Injury Research Fund shall consist of:\n(a) Moneys appropriated to the fund by the Legislative Assembly; and\n(b) Moneys obtained from gifts or grants by any public or private source received by the board under ORS 431A.505 (3).
