A pharmacist who dispenses a prescription drug for which reporting is required under ORS 431A.860 may receive prescription monitoring information regarding:\n(1) A patient who is an individual to whom a prescription drug is dispensed on behalf of an animal; and\n(2) An animal for which a prescription drug is prescribed.
