The Director of the Oregon Health Authority shall appoint the State Registrar of the Center for Health Statistics who shall qualify in accordance with standards of education and experience as the director shall determine. [Amended by 1973 c.829 §34; 1983 c.709 §26; 2009 c.595 §607]
