(1) Any person may bring an action against a public body, or an officer, employee or agent of a public body, for injunctive relief to enforce the requirements of ORS 435.190 to 435.245.\n(2) The court may award reasonable attorney fees and costs to a prevailing plaintiff in an action under this section.\n(3) ORS 30.260 to 30.300 apply to an action under this section.
