Notwithstanding other provisions of law concerning licensing of long term care facilities, a license renewal may be issued to a facility placed in trust under ORS 441.281. The duration of a license issued under this section is limited to the duration of the trust. [1981 c.868 §10; 2009 c.539 §8]
