The Oregon Patient Safety Commission may accept contributions of funds and assistance from the United States Government or its agencies or from any other source, public or private, and agree to conditions not inconsistent with the purposes of the commission. All funds received by the commission shall be deposited in the account established pursuant to ORS 182.470.
