The Oregon Health Authority may adopt rules governing caregiver registries, including but not limited to:\n(1) The minimum qualifications of individuals whose services are offered through a caregiver registry;\n(2) Standards for the organization and quality of client care;\n(3) Procedures for maintaining records;\n(4) Requirements for contractual arrangements for professional and ancillary services;\n(5) Requiring criminal background checks on individuals placed on a roster by a caregiver registry;\n(6) Procedures for complaints against caregiver registries; and\n(7) Procedures for inspection of caregiver registries.
