(1) The provisions of ORS 100.005 to 100.910 may be applied to a mobile home or manufactured dwelling park as defined in this chapter.\n(2) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (1) of this section a mobile home or manufactured dwelling park is not a condominium for purposes of local zoning and planning provisions.
