§ 455.135

(1) There is established a Residential and Manufactured Structures Board consisting of 11 members appointed by the Governor.\n(2) The members of the board shall assist the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services in administering the low-rise residential dwelling program and Small Home Specialty Code described in this chapter.\n(3) The board must consist of:\n(a) One contractor specializing in the construction of residential structures;\n(b) One contractor specializing in the remodeling of residential structures;\n(c) One contractor specializing in building multifamily housing three stories or less above grade;\n(d) One home designer or architect;\n(e) One building official;\n(f) One representative of residential building trade subcontractors;\n(g) One structural engineer;\n(h) One representative of a utility or energy supplier;\n(i) One manufacturer of manufactured dwellings;\n(j) One seller or distributor of new manufactured dwellings; and\n(k) One public member who does not receive compensation from any interest represented under paragraphs (a) to (j) of this subsection.
