Costs to operate the manufactured dwelling site information clearinghouse shall be collected from:\n(1) A registration fee;\n(2) A user fee; or\n(3) Any other available federal, state, local or private funding source designed to support the formation or operation of a manufactured dwelling site information clearinghouse.
