As used in ORS 459.284 and 459.290, 'disposal site' has the meaning given that term in ORS 459.005, but does not include:\n(1) A material recovery, recycling or reuse facility; or\n(2) A regional disposal site as defined in ORS 459.005. [1987 c.876 §4; 1993 c.560 §34]
