The Department of Environmental Quality shall ensure compliance with ORS 459A.200 to 459A.266 by:\n(1) Entering into an agreement with the State Board of Pharmacy whereby the board, during routine inspections of retail drug outlets:\n(a) Inspects drop-off sites located at retail drug outlets; and\n(b) Informs the department of drop-off sites that are not in compliance with ORS 459A.200 to 459A.266;\n(2) Inspecting drop-off sites not located at retail drug outlets; and\n(3) Auditing the records of program operators.
