In addition to the authority granted under ORS 459.992, inspectors and investigators employed by the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission have authority to inspect any space occupied by a dealer for compliance with ORS 459A.738. [Formerly 459A.739; 2021 c.351 §35]
