(1) Except as provided in subsection (2) of this section, an authority, all assets owned by the authority, the income from those assets, and all bonds issued by the authority, together with the coupons applicable to those bonds and the income from the bonds, shall be exempt from all taxation in the State of Oregon.\n(2) The real and personal property owned by the authority and leased to a third party shall be subject to property taxation if the property would be subject to taxation if owned by the lessee.
