§ 466.168

The Environmental Quality Commission may require every used oil processor to pay an annual fee. The fee shall be in an amount determined by the Environmental Quality Commission to be adequate to carry out used oil processor technical assistance, monitoring and inspections necessary to implement the used oil management requirements adopted by the commission under ORS 459A.590 and 466.086.
