Nothing in ORS 466.605 to 466.680, 466.990 (3) and (4) and 466.995 (2) is intended to grant the Environmental Quality Commission or the Department of Environmental Quality authority over any radioactive substance regulated by the Oregon Health Authority under ORS chapter 453, or any radioactive material or waste regulated by the State Department of Energy or Energy Facility Siting Council under ORS chapter 469.
