As used in ORS 468A.200 to 468A.260:\n(1) 'Global warming' means an increase in the average temperature of the earth’s atmosphere that is associated with the release of greenhouse gases.\n(2) 'Greenhouse gas' means any gas that contributes to anthropogenic global warming including, but not limited to, carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide, hydrofluorocarbons, perfluorocarbons and sulfur hexafluoride.
