(1) The Environmental Quality Commission shall establish a voluntary accreditation program for those providing indoor air quality sampling services or ventilation system evaluations for public areas, office workplaces or private residences. Provisions shall be made to accept accreditation of other state programs if they are comparable with the accreditation program established under this section.\n(2) The Environmental Quality Commission shall establish a voluntary contractor certification program for contractors providing remedial action for residential indoor air pollution. Provisions shall be made to accept accreditation of other state programs if they are comparable with the accreditation program established under this section.
