The State Department of Energy shall establish a program to provide assistance related to energy projects and activities to environmental justice communities, as defined in ORS 469A.400. At a minimum, the program must provide environmental justice communities with information regarding:\n(1) Funding resources.\n(2) Technical assistance.\n(3) Other support that may be available.
