The Oregon Hanford Cleanup Board shall implement agreements, modifications and technical revisions approved by the agency designated by the Governor under ORS 469.577. In implementing these agreements, modifications and revisions, the board may solicit the views of any appropriate state agency, local government, regional planning commission, American Indian tribal governing body, the general public and interested citizen groups.
