(1) The Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission, in suspending any brewery license, wholesale wine license, wholesale malt beverage license, direct shipper permit, direct to retailer permit or certificate of approval, may:\n(a) Further impose against the licensee or the holder of the permit or certificate of approval a civil penalty not to exceed $5,000; or\n(b) In the commission’s discretion, impose the civil penalty without suspending the license, permit or certificate of approval.\n(2) Civil penalties under this section shall be imposed as provided in ORS 183.745.
