The Oregon Health Authority shall adopt by rule the requirements, specifications and guidelines for:\n(1) Providing psilocybin services to a client;\n(2) Holding and verifying the completion of a preparation session;\n(3) Having a client complete, sign, and deliver a client information form to a psilocybin service center operator and a psilocybin service facilitator;\n(4) Holding and verifying the completion of an administration session; and\n(5) Holding and verifying the completion of an integration session.
