(1) After a client completes a preparation session and completes and signs a client information form, the client may participate in an administration session.\n(2) An administration session must be held at a psilocybin service center.\n(3) If an administration session is completed in accordance with all applicable requirements, specifications and guidelines, as determined by the Oregon Health Authority, the psilocybin service facilitator must certify, in a form and manner prescribed by the authority, that the client completed the administration session.
