(1) The Oregon Health Authority may, after 72 hours’ notice, make an examination of the books of a licensee for the purpose of determining compliance with ORS 475A.210 to 475A.722 and rules adopted under ORS 475A.210 to 475A.722.\n(2) The authority may at any time make an examination of a premises for which a license has been issued under ORS 475A.210 to 475A.722 for the purpose of determining compliance with ORS 475A.210 to 475A.722 and rules adopted under ORS 475A.210 to 475A.722.\n(3) The authority may not require the books of a licensee to be maintained on a premises of the licensee.
