(1) A person may not make false representations or statements to the Oregon Health Authority in order to induce or prevent action by the authority.\n(2) A licensee may not maintain a noisy, lewd, disorderly or insanitary establishment or supply impure or otherwise deleterious psilocybin products.\n(3) A licensee may not misrepresent to a person or to the public any psilocybin products.
